About us
ĂN ĂN
Before you ask Siri, Alexa, ChatGPT or us: ĂN ĂN means “Eat, eat.” Hand on heart – didn’t your parents often say that to you back in the day, as a loving invitation (or command) from the kitchen or dining room? That’s exactly how we want you to feel here: at home. This sense of warmth, hospitality and sharing is what we want you to experience with us too.
schérin iis kérin (sharing is caring, in French) plays a central role in this house. Oui, Vietnamese and Indochinese cuisine are inspired and influenced by France, but the sharing of different dishes is 100% Vietnamese and deeply rooted in our food culture.
Speaking of Vietnamese culture: did you know that Vietnam is the world’s second-largest coffee producer? We’re correspondingly proud of our coffee. And cake. And wine. But enough words now – we wish you bon appétit bon appétit and santé santé.
P.S.: Don’t worry, you don’t have to share your coffee or wine.
La Famille Co Chin Chin
What began as a passion for authentic flavors has grown into a small family of extraordinary restaurants.
Co Chin Chin was founded with the goal of presenting the vibrant cuisine of Vietnam in a modern, stylish setting – fresh, aromatic, and inspired by the colonial era of Indochina.
From this success and the desire for culinary evolution emerged ĂN ĂN – Cuisine Indochine. Here, Vietnamese warmth merges with French sophistication to create a fine dining experience that celebrates the connection of two cultures at the highest level.
Today, the three houses stand for quality, authenticity, and the joy of hospitality, united by a common philosophy: cuisine with soul, style, and history.
